The 12th Annual Mango Festival was organized at the Madhav Udyan, Village Mall on June 9th. After almost 2 weeks, a repeat of the Mango Festival happened at the Vintage Village Farm on June 23, 2024. The mango festival spread its sweetness of nature’s finest produce every twice a year. The event was organized by the Lucknow Farmer’s Market in association with Awadh Mango Growers Association. The tempting taste of soft, luscious, freshly plucked mangoes scattered its irresistible vibes all over the place.
The tickets for the Mango Festival were available on their website. The Vegetarian meal included puri sabzi, chhola, missi roti, Mango chutney, chai, pakodas, nimbu pani and aam panna. For non-vegetarians, the meals included Kebabs and Chicken Qorma. The star attractions were Mango Kheer and Mango Barfi, apart from the all-time favourite Dahi-Jalebi.

Attendees could also enjoy tractor rides, camel rides, splash at the farm tube well, pottery making experience and grooving in the orchard. You could also participate in the mango-eating race. Buses were also arranged to ferry the participants from and to Hazratganj. People could experience the village life that they couldn’t get to experience usually. Mango lovers came driven by their love for the king of fruits. It was an opportunity for enthusiastic people of all ages and from all walks of life to come together and connect over a common interest – mangoes. The best thing that could happen in summers were mangoes and this place was the best for all the mango lovers.
Mango festival was organized for the third consecutive year at Vintage Village Farmstay, where in more than 200 guests from India and abroad enjoyed fresh mangoes from the orchard on Sunday. Vintage Village is an eco-friendly farm stay located on Lakhimpur road, 10 km from Sitapur, where many activities based on agro-tourism like mud-houses, organic farming, swimming pool, fishing, treehouse, and farm experience.
The attendees got to relish a variety of mangoes and enjoy fun activities such as kayaking, horse riding and bullock cart rides around the farms, climbing the tree-houses, storytelling, and more.
